Message from the Chairman of Villa Group Maldives

Determination, hard work and self-discipline is key to success. That has always been the guiding principle of my life.

Villa Group has come a long way since its inception. Beginning with a small retail shop in the capital island of Male’ in 1977 specialising in distributing kerosene and diesel, we have been able to become one of the largest business conglomerates in the Maldives.  Today, we are the most diverse business group in the country and we strive to lead the way in our industries.

Maintaining an open, sincere and confident relationship with our customers, business partners and associates have enabled us to grow exponentially over the last three decades without compromising on quality of the products and the services that we render.

Our success is built on continually striving to engage in proactive and productive relations with our customers and partners alike and we are always on the search to forge new relations and expand the possibilities to serve new customers.

In addition to our achievements in business, the Villa Foundation has been instrumental in its pursuits, providing financial assistance in key areas such as education and health as well as funding infrastructure projects across the archipelago. Today, Villa Foundation is the largest philanthropic organisation in the country.
